Measure each nail
Place a flexible measuring tape across the widest part of your natural nail, from sidewall to sidewall. If you don't have one, lay a small strip of tape across the nail, mark the edges, then measure the distance between the marks with a ruler. Write down the width of all ten nails in millimeters, starting with your thumbs.
Compare your measurements
